I understand what it takes to motivate and inspire a sales team and keep them on track. I also have great tools that allow me to see below the surface, and look towards what the real truth in the company is around sales.
I have designed training, manuals and development programmes that fit the teams I work in. I can also assist with sales recruitment and daily coaching on the phone to get the team energised. I am a natural facilitator, and my favourite audience are youth. I have been responsible for large weekend youth camps of up to 150 teens, and felt so at home. This is my true heart work, and I am always looking for more ways that I can interact with our youth. I love to write, to speak to audiences, and to travel to meet strangers of course. I am from London, and have sold everything from encyclopedias to life insurance. I live in Somerset West, near Cape Town for 12 years, I love getting into nature and learning.
